💿 EYESOME Pre-Order Policy

Please note: All pre-order items are made specially for you.

• 🗓 Orders close every Monday, and processing begins right after.

• ⏳ Estimated arrival time: 14–20 days from the order date (excluding weekends & public holidays).

• 🚚 Pre-order items usually arrive within 2–3 working weeks after the order batch is placed.
  

Before You Order:

1. Once your parcel is ready to ship, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

2. Occasionally, certain designs may run out of stock during production. If that happens, we’ll reach out to help you choose an alternative design — refunds are not available for pre-orders.

3. If you need different prescriptions for each eye, please make two separate orders (one per box).

• 预计到货时间为下单日起 14–20天内（不含周末与公共假期）

• 一般情况下，预购商品会在 2–3个工作周 内送达
  

下单前请留意：

1. 当您的包裹出货后，我们会通过 电子邮件发送追踪号码

2. 若预购商品因厂商或库存问题无法出货，我们会主动联系您协助 更换其他款式（预购订单不接受退款）

3. 若您左右眼度数不同，请分开下两盒订单
