Please note: All Ready Stock items are available in our local inventory and can be shipped out shortly after your order is confirmed.

Before You Order:

1. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

2. Due to hygiene reasons, contact lenses are not refundable or exchangeable once opened.

3. If you require different prescriptions for each eye, please place two separate orders (one per box).

4. In rare cases where an item becomes unavailable due to inventory updates, we will contact you promptly to arrange an alternative design or refund.
